Surfed Ogden this Last Week at the Flowrider at the Solomon Center

It seems closer to snowboarding than surfing but was great fun and I will be out to do that another time during the winter.     You should give it a try.

Layton Wave Pool is Great for Whitewater Kayaking

Got a few small rides last saturday when Utah Whitewater Club rented the Layton Wave Pool last Saturday.    The air and water were warm so you do not need any wetsuits.    Had a real fun time.

Just got back from Mount Dell Reservior.     Paddle Boarding has hit Utah.    Wawho!!!!   

I saw the guy taking wind swell towards the north end.   It actually looked pretty cool.    I bet the great salt lake could get some swells worth riding.

How to Surf Utah when there is NO OCEAN?

Wake Board - Surf the wake behind a big lake boat.

Surf a Pool - There are numerous wave pools in town.    In Ogden there is a surfable wave however.

Windsurf - Windsurf Utahs great inland lakes.

Kite board - Kite board the great inland lakes.

Skimboard - Skimboard the Virgin River.

Surf - Surf the Provo or Weber Rivers with a kayak.
